“MAURICIO BENNETT is such a Gem…After a divorce I had to refinance my house. Once you have one inquiry so many mortgage companies will start calling you. The loan officers seem friendly and courteous, UNTIL they saw that my credit was bad and I was in no position to refinance! Their kindness disappeared and I cannot forget how much their attitude changed once I was not a candidate to be approved. I got their answer as “well there’s nothing we can do right now because your credit is not good,” or if I asked a question I would get a “we won’t know because it all depends on your credit” ! And I get it, I need credit. However, I just had questions, so that it could help me prepare to get to that point, but once they knew I couldn’t purchase they were not willing to give me the time of day to answer my questions. Fast forward a year later, I’ve worked on fixing my credit. My credit score is high now and I have multiple mortgage companies calling. I immediately hung up on them, no thank you I’m not interested in your services. I still needed to refinance, however I had such a bad taste in my mouth from how the loan officers made me feel that I did not know how to choose who to get. Until the day that Mauricio Bennet called. Something in him made me not hang up. I felt comfortable asking him questions and I did not get a “we need to check your credit first “. He was so knowledgeable. And I know the credit determines so much of how your loan will go, but He gave me scenarios and shared all his years of knowledge about all the concerns I had. This was a scary thing to do on my own and he was there for me, making it so easy every step of the way. I remember he said do this and let me know this before I even pull your credit , because if this comes up there’s no point in even giving you an inquiry with a credit pull, because it would immediately disqualify you, etc. And once he felt I was ready, we started the process and He patiently guided me every step of the way. He focused on me and made me feel I was his only client because of how prompt he was in everything he did. He communicated with me immediately, explained the why’s of something that didn’t make sense to me. I acquired complete trust in him. He made me feel he truly cared that I got the best rates and that I got this done most of all, I had to. I know it takes a team , and Coastal Pacific Lending and Mauricio Bennet did an excellent job in giving me the best rates, personalized attention and such a smooth process that made something so scary for me become a piece of cake. “Bobby was referred to me recently by a very close friend who spoke so highly of him and First Place Home Loans that I didn't hesitate to call. My friend recently used Bobby on the purchase of her home as with many members of her relatives. Since the moment I spoke with Bobby, he was nothing less than fantastic! My situation was not simply a clear cut mortgage but centered on paying off my recently deceased mother's reverse mortgage. Bobby walked me patiently through the entire process from beginning to end and made me feel so comfortable since he was doing the heavy lifting, which was incredibly satisfying due to having to work through my mother's memorial, while at the same time. In addition, in looking through my mother's home owners policy, Bobby said that she was paying too much and asked if he could shop around for a better rate. Bobby came through a few days later with a quote from a major carrier that I also have my car insurance with and was able to bundle both together, essentially saving me $$$$$, while increasing my homeowner's coverage substantially! Lastly, Bobby worked successfully to enable me to capitalize on keeping my annual taxes very close to what my mother's annual tax rate was, which also saved me $$$$$!
