“Dr. Smith is amazing!! It’s not an exaggeration to say he changed our life! Our son had multiple oral issues since he was a baby. I had asked several other dentists about it, but they said nothing needed to be done at this point with him being so young. We moved and decided to go to Dr. Smith’s office. As soon as he saw our son‘s mouth he said those issues needed to be fixed actually sooner than later because it was affecting his growth and causing many other issues. The referrals Dr. Smith made for our son (none that financially benefitted him) started a journey that actually led us to learn our son even had sleep apnea. After surgery, our son (who was now three) slept through the night for the first time in his life. He had also been delayed in his speech and was behind on the growth curve. His talking and ability to eat just took off exponentially as did his growth since he was now eating well and sleeping. We are so grateful to Dr. Smith for being so knowledgeable and proactive about our son’s dental needs, especially with how it affects his overall health! We attribute the way our son is now thriving and happier to Dr. Smith! His kind and fun bedside manner with our children makes him the full package in pediatric dental care!”

“Cannot dote on this company enough, from the very first visit, it was so evident that the staff love what they do and care about their clients. My daughter (2.5) had to have some fillings and caps done, and the Drs made sure that everyone felt comfortable the whole time. At the end of the day Dr Smith called to check in her, even though he had already had a very long day himself. My kids look forward to dental appointments with Dr. Smith. Highly recommend!!!”

“Pretty disappointed with the treatment I have been receiving here. My kids have been going here for almost 7 years starting when my son chipped a front adult tooth they got him fixed up and it held up until April of 2025. Since then it has come off so many times, sometimes lasting weeks or days and sometimes lasting only hours. Since then I have been made to feel so uncomfortable by the front desk and some other employees. Fast forward to now my children get their regular teeth cleaning I thought with Dr. Smith but instead it was some guy no one introduced me to looked at my kids teeth for all of 10 seconds then tells me my daughter’s cavity’s (that have been being watched) now need to be fixed and she has to be put under for it to be done I say okay and make the appointment. The next day I get contacted by the woman named Sarah about the cost of this app I ask for the total she says $2,000 out of pocket with our dental insurance included. $1,000 to the dentist, $1,000 to anesthesiologist then 30 seconds later the total was $3,000 why I have no idea no one cared to break anything down, tell me the plan, give me any type of options at any point. I’m now in tears worried for my daughters safety as this unknown guy and dental assistant scared me at the app (only one cavity is the big concern at the moment). The lady Sara spoke down to me and made me feel so less than that I did not have $3,000 on a notice of 2 weeks just a couple weeks after Christmas. It definitely feels like they are just trying to squeeze every penny they can out of me. The way she spoke to me was so condescending, without saying the words we take cash or check it came off implied. I have paid every bill I have ever received from them either right then and there or immediately following being sent the bill, never once have I had an outstanding balance. My daughter has never even seen another dentist but I will tolerate and pay money to be made uncomfortable and looked down upon by employees especially the front desk and this Sara woman. They are supposed to make me feel comfortable and confident in the care my kids will receive, not the opposite.”

“My son was seen yesterday for a cleaning. The staff were amazing in making him feel comfortable throughout the whole experience! They were friendly and kind to him. He even found the twin to a little animal they hid around the office and gave him an extra prize for finding it. He was so excited. All my kids enjoy coming here and aren’t ever afraid. They make the whole visit so exciting and fun for the kids. I definitely recommend this dentist to all parents!”
