They first did a complete survey of both the exterior and then the attic to determine the condition of our 21 year old original roof. Hannah then introduced us to the GAF 7-Step System which included a hands-on presentation of the materials and details of how the product was developed and was to be delivered and installed. As matter of fact, although now retired, I spent most of my 40 year career in business in Sales and Sales Management with Honeywell and I can tell you that Hannah is one of the most professional and most knowledgeable salesperson that I have seen! And, she made sure that we were presented with a solution that met our budget and product needs for a high quality new roofing system. She helped us to select the GAF 50 year warranty Monarch Black Shingles and arranged for the financing we needed.
