“Cut my grandmmothers dogs left bottom of her ear completely off with scissors. Then proceeded to slice the inside of her right ear. When mentioned at the end of the groom, staff proceeds to lie about incident and the dog required veterinary care. Garbage staff who don’t have a care in the world about your dog. 0/0 save yourself and DO NOT GO HERE!!!!”
