Willow Creek Counseling specializes in trauma therapy and couples counseling led by Kathy Couch, an EMDRIA Approved EMDR Consultant and Certified Grief Therapist. They offer both EMDR intensives and Gottman-method couples intensives—accelerated therapy programs ranging from 8-14 hours designed to resolve trauma, grief, and relationship distress in concentrated sessions rather than traditional weekly appointments. Sessions are available both virtually and in-person, with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.
