“Very pleased with the service Eric provided. He was knowledgeable and did a good job. Thank you! Update on 4/21/25. The payment for this service has been extremely confusing and frustrating. I was told that the parts would be covered under warranty and they would contact the manufacturer. 3 more times I received a bill and each time I was told that the manufacturer had not been contacted yet. When I called today I was told that the part had been covered and the cost was for the labor, but the amount owed according to my paperwork had not changed. I think we will look elsewhere next time.”
