“I was a college student at CSI who accidentally broke off my permanent retainer. Rather than going home to my regular dentist or orthodontist, I decided to give this place a try. I called them and explained what happened. I asked if they could reattach my retainer even though they aren’t an orthodontist clinic. They said yes. I asked if they took my insurance. They said yes. I went in, and they tried for probably half an hour to get my retainer reattached. Which is fine, I can wait. What isn’t fine is that for whatever reason, they tried to ‘sand down’ my canine, which I don’t know why they did but that is not what I asked for. When they finally did get the retainer reattached, it came off literally a day later. I would’ve went back in and let them retry, but after the canine experience I decided I’d rather never come within half a mile of the clinic again. Then they hit me with a bill for full price after they decided they wouldn’t take my insurance, despite saying they would initially. There are other dentists in town, try going to them instead. I wish I did.”
