Somatic Spiritual Counseling

Somatic Spiritual Counseling is a Boulder-based collective of body- and mindfulness-based therapists and coaches offering somatic therapy, trauma integration, couples counseling, and transpersonal healing. They specialize in nervous system healing through body-based contemplative work, addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship difficulties, and spiritual emergence. Sessions are available in-person in Boulder and online worldwide, combining cutting-edge neuroscience with spiritual principles to help clients unwind old patterns and achieve greater presence, empowerment, and authentic connection.
