“Poor customer service. On the day of tree removal he did not grind the stump down and failed to tell me this before they left. I called several times and left messages. He called back more than two weeks later to tell me he couldn’t get the stump grinder through my gate. I called multiple times to see if he will grind the stump if I take my fence down, have yet to receive a response. Price did not reflect the stump not being ground down.”
