“If the manager sees this I had my appt at 4:30pm with my 4yo boy. Geez I wish I remember the dental assistant name she was awesome she said mentioned she works in Jerome and covers here in Twin occasionally, she was absolutely AMAZING! my child is autistic and he did what she told him to ,She has so much patience. Give this women a raise she deserves it! Doctor was kind and awesome too!!!!”

“Switched from Smiths dentistry because my 3 year old was complaining of tooth pain and didn’t eat for three weeks before we went in. Was told he was fine, they shouldn’t be causing him pain to not eat, they weren’t going to take more X rays, and there was nothing they could do. Started bashing his Dr since he throws up a lot (gurd runs in the family) and we have expressed our concerns to the Dr but the Dr can’t fix his teeth. Which switching drs is next but that’s not the point of this review. Then he asked which Dr he had and when I told him, he changed his mind and said he liked that Dr. Got tired of them not helping my son so we switched over to Smiles 4 Kids, since that’s where my mother takes all of my siblings. After one consultation with him they scheduled him to get his teeth fixed. They were so good with him and made him comfortable, unlike Smiths Dentistry here in Twin Falls. He was so traumatized from them I was worried he would freak out being at Smiles 4 Kids but they made him feel safe and knew how to talk to children. He even willingly walked back with them and that shocked his father and I. He ended up having to get 14 teeth worked on. One tooth was almost to infection and they put medicine in it. I’m so thankful we switched over with my mothers advice, as she had went in with me to Smiths Dentistry and expressed some concerns with me since they weren’t listening to me and they didn’t listen to her either, and I’m beyond thankful Smiles 4 Kids were able to help him. After he slept off the anesthesia, he’s been super happy and eating all day! They got him in super fast and got him out just as fast and made it a positive experience for all of us. They are super friendly and welcoming and give really good advice and actually talked with us and made sure we understood everything. My son keeps looking at his teeth and thinks they’re beautiful now and I couldn’t agree more!”

“The dentist is great - friendly, fast and efficient. Most of the staff is friendly. My only complaint is the cleanings on my kid's teeth seem too rushed. And today the person who cleaned two of my kids teeth was not friendly at all with any of us and she just looked mad. And maybe she was just having a bad day.. But t was uncomfortable and both my kids complained to me that she was too rough and that it hurt while she cleaned their teeth. I think staff should have a gentle and welcoming demeanor when working with children to make them comfortable and put them at ease. For this reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.”

The best Dentist’s making kids feel comfortable going to get their teeth checked for the first time. Cant recommend them enough! They care for their patient’s like they would their own family.
