“** Update as of the post, miraculously the business showed up right after posting. I want to say that the guy spraying is a nice guy. He punched out the job in 30 mins tops. He was courteous and seems like a really good dude. As for the response from the business. It’s fairly misleading. Primarily they did not communicate that the wind was the issue. As of the moment of writing this response the there is considerable wind in the area. Not sure what the whole invoice explanation is about. The invoice has two lines 1) $100 service, line 2) $5 gas. Lastly the only way miscommunication happens is if there is communication to start with. There was none therefore the response is very disingenuous. —— Original post —— same day 2 hrs earlier I used this company in 2024 to spay pre-emergent on my property. It worked pretty well. It wasn’t till the very end of summer until any weeds started to come up, and those were few. $100 + $5 gas fee. Wasn’t too bad. Though the gas fee is annoying considering it should be in the service price. Anyways I decided to get the service again this year. Called up in the middle of March and got on the list. The only issue at the time was they couldn’t give me a time frame. My only ask was for them to let me know when, so I could move a vehicle. So they could spray under it. They said sure. Come the second week in April no call or peep from them. So I called them 4 separate times over two weeks. I got the same reply. They would call me back with an update. The receptionist was kind and I think genuinely wanted to help. However, they had no good answers to give. So no call back, and no update provided. I understand I’m just one customer but I figure I’m an easy sale. I would think they would like returning customers. I even turned down other offers for the same service, because it’s just easier to use the same business. Now the weeds have started to emerge. I have no clue when or if these guys are coming. I tried calling up the other competing companies but they are booked solid now, and some have told me they aren’t doing pre-emergent because the weeds have already started. So yeah I’m out of luck. Also I live in Kimberly which is exactly 4.1 miles from this business. However whenever I talk to the business they act like I live 20 miles away and will only come out if they have other customers on the same day. I get it, efficiency, however why charge people $5 in gas when you really want 5 people before you’ll drive that far.”

“I'm not much into leaving reviews but I felt Brian deserved this. Brian did an awesome job. I would highly recommend him. He was on top of everything and made sure it was all done right. We meet them at the Home and Garden show and they were the only ones excited to talk with us. We had a huge job and Rustic Ridge did not disappoint us. We did have Kimberly Nursery's look at our project and got a bid from them as well but Brian was much more competitive and I would say his work is superior to anything we looked at. I would highly recommend Rustic Ridge and if you need a project to look at to inspect his work, have him bring you over.”

“I contacted this company about a sprinkler service, and they said they'd come "sometime on Tuesday or Wednesday." Early Wednesday morning, before 7 AM, someone arrived. When we didn't answer the door (because we were asleep), they proceeded to enter our backyard without our explicit consent. This invasion of privacy is unacceptable. Needless to say, I do not recommend their services.”
