“We recently used Roots Landscape with Pedro and his team to install a custom patio and outdoor living space at our home and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. We gathered a total of 3 bids for the project and not only did Pedro seem the most competent advisor for the work, but he was the most price competitive of the 3 companies we spoke with. In fact, when the first estimate came in a bit higher than we would have liked with our budget, Pedro sat with us to discuss ways we could tweak some things and save some additional costs, while not sacrificing key components of the project. Pedro had a vision for the outdoor space that was different than the other 2 proposals, which made us feel confident that he was giving us something unique. His team was very professional throughout the project and there was good communication during the project about timing, milestones, next steps, etc. Before the planting of new trees and bushes, Pedro invited us to the nursery to discuss various options. We were able to pick many different colors, sizes and types of plants that really made for an awesome almost botanical garden-like setting. Time will tell if everything lives and works well in that environment, but we have every confidence that Pedro and the team know what they are doing. The office staff of Roots was also great to work with and very professional. We have contracted many companies for various home improvement projects throughout our lives and can honestly say this was one of the best experiences and outcomes we´ve ever had. “Had this company come out to work on our sprinkler system. Not only did the tech not have what they needed with them but when he left to get the parts he was gone for over an hour and a half. When I called the company, they said they would call and find out what was going on and call me back. That didn’t happen. When the technician returned, he didn’t complete the job and didn’t notify us when he left. I have tried to call the company this morning and no answer. The lack of communication and follow through is throughly unprofessional. I had to call another company and schedule another appointment.”

Apparently there was a lack of communication with the receptionist and driver, but no one showed up. 🤔 Then they were rude to us when we reached out and still didn't know when to reschedule us. Nope!
