“So I recently bought a new 23 Chevy Equinox, and a week later some idiot backed into it. Super pissed because I haven’t even made the first payment, but Pro Image Body&Paint got me taken care of. I git 2 other estimates at other locations and when I asked when they could fix it they both told me 1week or more. Pro Image had my car fixed within days of giving me a quote, plus they where a couple hundred dollars cheaper. They left my car looking amazing and they cleaned it too. I truly feel like I still have a brand new vehicle despite it being backed into. I’m not good with names, but everyone there was amazing, they truly made me feel like they cared and I thank them for the advice they gave me. I would 100% recommend them and definitely feel like they are the #1 shop in Twin. Review#2- Fir some reason it won’t give me an option to add a second review, only to edit my current review.. Anyways, I had another issue with another one of my vehicles, a 2014 Buick Verano. Someone gran into the rear driver side door while we had it open causing it to bend back. Due to this, the door wouldn’t close at all and it was unaligned. We brought it to Pro Image because we had such a great experience the first time when we brought our 2023 Chevy Equinox. They were all extremely nice and helpful,they did amazing work just like last time. I’m horrible at remembering names so I cant add the names of who worked with us but it was the lady that does all the computer work, she was amazing, very helpful. I believe the guy that fixed our car is the owner of the shop, he was also very nice and he did a great job. Our car looks as if it were brand new.”

“Had my fender and door replaced here. Reason for 4 stars is because paint isn’t 100% to oem which makes is very noticeable. So now i’m going to have to spend more money on a wrap. other than that staff was friendly and helpful.”
