“To be fair, I didn't receive service. Although the experience I had with Precision Heating in my attempt to obtain service was unprofessional and lacking. Over the course of three weeks, I called multiple times requesting service. Each time was less successful than the last, I was met with a personable receptionist who assured me I would receive a call back. It was also mentioned that they were surprised I hadn't been contacted. This went on each time I called. Three weeks gives more than enough time to contact and set up a date and time to evaluate a potential job. “I bought my new home from (Rob) the owner of this company. He told me he would put the best heating and ac system in the house. Told me not to worry it’s a custom home. He only put a 4 Ton and the house should have a 5 Ton or bigger with the square footage and tall ceiling. My other house is smaller then this one and has a 5 Ton. The upstairs room in the new house is always hot or cold unit can’t keep up. He also said the house was coming with a Kinetico Water Systems and it didn’t.”
