“I am VERY pleased. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I was afraid I might have to get a new garage door because mine is so old and it looked like hinges were busted and they don't make parts for my door anymore. Dave came out and looked at it and said the spring was busted and that caused the hinges to pop out. He replaced the spring and was able to pop the hinges back in place. A few years ago when covid was ending, my spring broke and the waiting list for over 2 weeks for them to come out. I went with another company and they put the wrong sized spring in that caused it to break a few years later. Dave put the right spring in and now my garage door opens and closes like new. I thought the problem was an old door, it was a bad repair from a different company. If you can wait a few days for the repair, definitely use overhead. There is a reason a have a few day wait, they're very good.”

“I had an awful experience with this company. A tenant had hit a garage door and needed quotes to get it repaired or replaced. Overhead Door was one of the three companies that I called for a quote earlier this year. They are clearly not local because they had zero clue where Jerome was. They wanted to charge me a fee to get a quote and they did this on the day of the scheduled quote so I cancelled it. They quickly called me back to let me know that they were wrong and went to supposedly get a quote. They talked to my tenant and not me so I never got a quote. I also had another property nearby that needed a new installation and they never quoted me for that either. I would avoid this company for the Magic Valley area. If this is how it is getting a quote imagine getting your garage serviced?”

“Like 4 to 5 years ago I had Overhead door come out. They was able to come out the same day and we ended up changing the garage opener. Which was done the same day. I was so happy with their service that I decided to call them again today. I was told they could not come out till next week. When I asked if there was anyway they could come out this week, they put me on hold to check. When they came back on I was told there was no way to make it this week unless I wanted to do an emergency call at $350.00 per hour minimum 2 hour call. Sorry but that is outrageous no way will I pay that. Besides what happened with the great service I got 4 to 5 years ago. Do not get me wrong the person I spoke to on the phone was very nice. However who can afford their current pricing. Especially when I was not charged an emergency service call charge the last time. Guess I will be shopping for a new garage door company.”

The quality of their doors far exceeds those you get from the large building supply stores. You know which ones I'm talking about. And you get top quality rails, rollers, springs, weather stripping and all the hardware included for one price. The "big stores" will nickel and dime you with every accessory needed. These guys have been around for decades and know how to get it done right. I would highly recommend them for your residential and commercial needs. A+++”

“Feeling cheated. I was asked to wait on service until more service calls were needed in Jerome. When the service rep came all he had to do was press the learn button and then reenter our code. He wasn't onsite for 10min... We were still billed the $90.00”
