“While I think they are nice people I'm very disappointed at the quality of the $7000.00 prosthesis they provided to my brother. He can only be upright and walk a couple of hours a day. The thing looks like Frankensteins monster. It has never worked right, sticks out at a 45 degree angle and can't be adjusted to a point where it stays aligned and causes him excruciating pain in his hip and back. He is a new amputee and so his mental health has really plummeted due to this unusable, super heavy and ridiculous hunk of garbage They said they won't replace it until Medicade pays them for another new one. They know that's a year out. Do better.”

“We noticed our son had a flat spot at 1 month. Our pediatrician put in a referral for us to OrthoPro of Twin Falls, which I asked them for this specific location because a friend of mine that I had reached out to had there son in a cranial orthosis helmet. She spoke highly of this office and of who her son saw which was Dr. Ben Call, CPO. Now, we are from the Hailey area and we drove about an hour 45 every month several times to take care of our son and his follow-ups-he was immediately diagnosed with plagiocephaly and brachycephaly. Dr. Ben went into great detail and examples on the positives of taking care of this matter and was very transparent with the reality of if we decided to not proceed with taking care of our sons “flat spot.” Of course, we followed thru and made the decision immediately. Every single visit we had with Dr. Ben he was TRANSPARENT on the plan and how this will go about for future months, he was always a call away if we had any concerns or questions! THIS DR.BEN seriously knows what he is doing, he has experience, knowledge and he always mentioned that if there was something he noticed that needed to be addressed that he would point us to the right direction! How awesome is that?!!! My husband and I respected that he was supportive and very engaging with our son! We didn’t feel rushed, we didn’t leave the office visit feeling overwhelmed or felt unheard. Dr.Ben took his time and my husband and I with EVERY SINGLE visit were content walking out knowing that we had a supportive group of people who really cared to make sure we were taken care of and we understood that this would be a process we all were in together! Dr.BEN IS THE MAN! You WONT regret it! With this being said I have to mention that the ladies every single time my husband and I walked thru there doors the ladies up front, Racheal, Cynthia and Keara had a smile on there faces, they were all in there own way super helpful thru this whole process and of course they were professional on just getting us in and out so we can head back on the road home. Of course we had small talk, but I loved to see Cynthia laugh or smile and for the last visit we had she gave our daughter a couple of goodies for the road which by the way was awesome because Satara was sure busy! I have to mention that Keara was extremely helpful in many ways for me, she is the behind the scenes lady and she extended an invitation for my family to apply for a grant to help with the Cranial Orthosis helmet and we took that offer and even tho it was her first time having to handle this particular new offer, she was always willing to help me every step of the way and that was so comforting for my husband and I. The feeling of feeling comfortable and not having to feel uncomfortable of knowing that every call, text or email wasn’t a hassle or bother for her, she really took it upon herself to immediately respond back and to make sure I was at ease with this whole process. We are Thankful for her and her professional support! The ladies up front are just a joy to see all together, they are smiling away, laughing and from behind where I stood they worked together on communication….and that is always a PLUS! Racheal, is also a lady I spoke with mostly on scheduling and back and forth calls. She really cares and understands the needs of what days I was looking for and what worked for us basically. I really loved her personal style she has! I strongly believe these ladies are the GLUE to the office CORE and we are so GRATEFUL that our experience was always spot on comfortable and easy. What a beautiful experience that was and I WILL ALWAYS remember. (Tear) Don’t bother to hesitate and just give them a call because honestly as a parent I was anxious and overwhelmed before I walked in, but after our first visit it was clear that Dr.Ben and his team are truly committed to there patients and there family needs. -THANK YOU Dr. Ben, Racheal, Keara and Cynthia.
