“Always enjoy working with Dr. Nay on the foot care issues associated with both diabetes and aging. Because he is consistent "eyeballs" on my feet to help monitor the diabetes, I prefer to see him rather than have a tech actually pre-trim the nails. The wait time in the check-in seemed to take longer than usual, and the "line up and wait for the next available person" was unusual or maybe just new to me - and okay, but unusual and a bit of a surprise. I saw the tech quickly, but the wait to see the dr. was probably another 20+ minutes. It was still worth the wait for that professional time with the doctor who has been directly following my case. Not complaining - just providing feedback...I hope it is helpful as you continue to perfect this valuable medical option for the Greater Twin Falls community.”
