Mountain West Behavioral Health

Mountain West Behavioral Health is a full-service counseling practice in Twin Falls offering therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, addiction, and relationship issues. Led by director Alexis Pearson, LCSW, the clinic employs eight licensed clinicians (LCSWs, LCPCs, and LMSWs) who utilize evidence-based treatments including EMDR, DBT, CBT, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Internal Family Systems. They serve children (age 4+), adolescents, and adults with specialized expertise in trauma, substance use disorders, military families, neurodevelopmental conditions, and LGBTQ+ clients.
