“The team wasn't able to come help us with an emergency water heater issue but they called back to see if they could offer a complementary furnace tune up. We took them up on it. Come to find out there was an issue with our furnace (it had been acting up and we didn't know what to do about it). Lucas was able to get it fixed and now our furnace is working better than it has in the last 5 years. They did a great job. Lucas was kind and respectful especially when he had to leave and purchase a part. We paid for the purchased part and his time to install the part. They also had availability earlier than expected and checked with us about coming early - which worked better for us. All around we had a great experience.”
