“Les Schwab in Twin Falls is pretty much what you’d expect from a tire and auto service shop. The wait times can be long, but we were able to get in the same day, which was a relief. The employees were friendly and helpful, doing their best to make the experience smooth. The services—tires, brakes, oil changes—are standard, and the costs reflect the typical price you’d expect for this kind of work. One small area for improvement would be their coffee: it could be hotter and fresher, and it would be nice if they cleaned out the coffee maker daily. All in all, the experience wasn’t bad or horrible—it’s reliable, professional, and gets the job done. Just don’t go expecting any luxury perks, and bring your patience for the wait.”

“Drove in from Denver Thursday night for a 4 day vacation and arrived with a noise coming from my right front tire. My mechanic husband tells me it's the ball joint. If we were home, he'd replace it for the cost of parts but we're not home. After trying several other places, none of who could even look at my car until Monday or Tuesday, we landed at Les Schwab. Who, not only saw us in 30 mins. but, gave us what we wanted. A temporary fix to get us through our vacation and, home without wasting money or our vaca time. I didn't get his name but he was amazing. We only had to explain our situation once and he completely understood and took care of us. Best customer service I've had in a long time!”
