Kids' Yogaland

Kids' Yogaland, founded by Rita, offers specialized yoga, meditation, and mindfulness classes designed specifically for children ages 2-14 in the Atlanta metro area. Beyond group classes, the studio provides private sessions, family yoga, birthday parties with story yoga themes, school and facility programs, and Scout badge experiences. Each program blends age-appropriate poses, breathing techniques, storytelling, games, and mindfulness activities to build flexibility, focus, confidence, and emotional resilience while keeping kids engaged and having fun.
