“I bought a furnace when the original owner was alive. Since then, I have had the new owner at my house to do maintenance on my heat pump. After three times being out two times the now acting owner, and my boyfriend had to tell him what the problem was with my heat pump. And after looking more into the problem with my heat pump, he had to admit that it was what my boyfriend said it was. And then when the motor come in we still have to call them three times to see if it had come in. After changing the motor, the wires that he rewired were sticking above the grill about 2 inches, on my heat pump. It was such a joke!! I had the maintenance plan with them and after what happened with the motor, I canceled the maintenance plan, and called another company to come and fix the wiring that they had left. I will never go back to this company again!!”

“Two visits to my remodel to see all that was necessary and discuss in detail in person ... asked for a detailed quote so there were no discrepancies about what was included and was told "everything you need for your remodel - to heat your house and fix all the current issues - is included". Was told Kosta just doesn't write it all out - have to trust him. Against my better judgement I did - seemed like a very nice man. Unfortunately when it came time to install the new furnace everything we were told about where it would fit and how it would service the upstairs was WRONG. Tons of finagling to make it work and we paid the bill they sent ... then they dropped the whole project! Demanded more money than quoted to come back and do the same scope of work and when refused they never returned a single call again .. or email. No response, took payment and left the job UNDONE. STEER CLEAR!!!”

“Jesse was kind and professional I appreciate he didn't make me feel uncomfortable at anytime while he was in my home. My husband wasn't home which is already an uncomfortable thing for a women with children but he was super professional and very nice. He talked to me like a human being and not just a house wife (I didn't understand much) so he repeated it all to my husband when I called him and never once seems annoyed or anything by it. “I had someone come and help me with my heating water tank and the person that came in all he said was that I would need to replace it it was just 1 year old . My husband ended up fixing it himself and to this point have not needed to have it replaced .. i get a bill and end up calling them to get this bill fixed because there is no way they are charging $200 for something they didn’t even help me with. I call and call and messages are taken yet no one ever call me back. Seems like they just tend to over price customers and give them fake information about there issue that they need help with then at the end send you a bill and don’t want to answer your calls nor return them.PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE HIRING THEM FOR SOMETHING YOU NEED HELP WITH .”
