“Customer service is terrible, I have been a loyal customer for years and they went up on my renewal quite a bit when I asked them why they just said “That’s how it works. Everything’s gone up.” One reason I went with them from the beginning is they said they had loyalty rewards for customers who stay with them for many years and zero accidents zero tickets your price would never go up well that was a lie. Dasha is one specific customer service rep who is very rude, I would not recommend this company. I would literally recommend anyone else besides this company. Then, when I told them I did not want to renew, she canceled my policy immediately which I did not consent to terrible company. Terrible customer service do not do business with this company unless you want to get ripped off in the end.”

I called around myself and compared and got a quote for $75 less what I have been paying monthly for the past 5 years. Definitely call yourself in shop around and don’t fall into their trap. Their employee Dasha is also very rude once you call them out on their scamming.”

“I would not recommend doing business with this company, They wanted to go up on my renewal rate by $25 a month even though I’ve had no accidents or tickets and have been a customer for three years. I let them know. I have received a quote for another company that was half of what they wanted me to pay monthly and I wanted to cancel at the end of this month, asking them to not renew my policy automatically. Their employee Dasha then called progressive and canceled my policy right then which I had already paid for for the month, Leaving me with no insurance from the 28th through the 31st. Horrible customer service zero communication when I asked why it had gone up so much scammers just trying to get money in their pockets. Definitely shop around would not recommend this company at all. I don’t even understand how they can legally cancel my policy that I’ve already paid for the month without my permission, but I have my attorney looking into it. I specifically told them I did not want to auto renew.”
