“My poor kitten hurt his back foot overnight and needed to be seen next day. I tried everywhere- every vet clinic yesterday morning, and none of them would see him. I hated to wait until this clinic opened, but I am so thankful that they were able to see my kitten, and help him. The receptionist was quick to smile and efficiently got us checked in. The tech made my autistic son comfortable and complimented his handling of our kitten which made him swell with pride. They were transparent about the costs and updated with options as they proceeded through their exam. The costs were reasonable. The vet herself was really knowledgeable and explained what was wrong with a great balance of humor, information, and compassion. I felt completely confident in her treatment approach and care recommendations for us at home. Bramble the kitten is mending thanks to these people. Yes, they were very busy, and waiting at length sucks. Yes, their clinic smelled more like animals than scented plug ins or cleaning supplies. And yes, it also sucked that they had no morning hours yesterday. But, they’re an emergency vet clinic able to help my kitten that I could actually afford- so big thank you to them!!”

“They were able to get our sweet dog in same day on a Saturday for a suspected UTI, and everyone was so wonderful! Can't thank you enough for seeing her so quickly and getting her on the antibiotics she needed. And the cost was so much less than we expected. Highly recommend them! ❤️”
