“I cannot say enough praise for how good of a job Hank’s did for us. We had quite a handful of tasks big and small between typical yard clean up for a big area (which the attention to detail in their clean up is incredible.) ground work projects, problem areas with grass, gravel work, pruning, & mowing we needed their help with and their crew came out exactly when they said they would, communication with Brad was awesome and what I expect of owners and pros, his crew was professional, polite and very accommodating to all our questions and requests. I was able to point out issues in our yard we’ve had for years and couldn’t get figured out, they not only handled it for us but helped us understand how to maintain and avoid issues going forward. They were here for only two days and accomplished what would have been my entire year of yard projects without their help. We have been ripped off before by some different local service guys and were hesitant to trust another but they absolutely went above and beyond for us and we will be using them for christmas lights, big spring clean ups and other land work projects we have in our future. “This is one of those companies that has gotten big, but still gives small company customer service. Brad is always personable and willing to help and you can tell its a culture at his company because all of his employees are the same way. Our Christmas lights are always put up perfectly and taken down with care. The employees are always smiling, and take pride in their work. They communicate with you all the way thru the process so you know what they are doing. With Christmas season being so hectic, its nice to have one stress taken away. “This company needs to do better. When they came to cut my grass they forgot to cut one side of the house, did not weed eat, grass is uneven in numerous spots, I’m raking the grass clippings that didn’t get sucked up into the bag, which is a LOT! They did not use a blower either! Very frustrating to have to clean up behind this company when they’re the ones getting paid to do it!”
