Giving Tree Yoga is a holistic yoga studio in Smyrna led by owners Karina & John, offering a wide range of yoga classes designed to bring physical and mental peace to students of all levels. The studio is known for its knowledgeable, passionate instructors who create a safe and welcoming environment with challenging yet accessible classes. They also offer teacher training programs, including 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings held in Costa Rica, along with prep courses, workshops, and mentoring.
