“I've rated and reviewed many places and this one takes a top spot for me. My wife called me on her way to work and said the tire is going flat. Fingers crossed and 3 air pumps later, we made it to Gill's Point S Tire & Auto Service. The experience I had this morning took me back to the 80's when I'd go to the tire shop with my Dad and people were polite and the price was right. Chris and the rest of the ladies and gentleman made me feel at home. Chris's customer service is top notch, rare and much appreciated. I expressed the urgency of my wife getting to work ASAP and he went directly to the crew let them know. There's a nice little place to sit with comfortable seating, great coffee and a TV. They still have the 1940s cash register on display in the waiting area. It was found that our tire was beyond repair. Chris offered, dug and found a tire that fit, the crew fixed us up, he shook my hand and got us on our way with a smile. Whether you live in twin falls or you're just passing through, Gill's Point S Tire And Auto has you covered and won't break the bank. Thank you again.”

“We had an issue with one of our vehicles. We then scheduled an appointment to get the vehicle taken care of, for the most part I was pleased. Friendly staff and quick service once the car got into the shop. However, where my issue lies is with how long it took for the service to start. We scheduled our service for noon. I arrived 5-10 minutes early for check in and everything. Around 2 pm I called to check in and get an update on my vehicles status and it hadn’t even been pulled into the shop. Our afternoons and evening are very busy and this really made me frustrated because the service didn’t start until I had called to check in on my vehicle thus making my afternoon and evening that much busier. Why do I have to call to see if my vehicle is being worked on or not when the scheduled appointment was noon? Why even make an appointment when my vehicle isn’t even going to be touched around the appointment time. I can understand maybe 15-30 minutes of time before getting a vehicle into the shop but 2 hours is way too long. I have had pretty decent experiences with this business so far but it feels like I should have just been a walk in because when we just walked in we got taken care of much faster than when I made an appointment.”

“First time @Gills with my friend she told me it was her favorite place to get her vehicle serviced and I walked in to use the restroom and GROSS!!! Over filled trashes I literally went to the near by gas station , also the customer waiting room carpet was nasty same with trash can of the lobby overfilled but the main restroom just completely ruined my experience I will never leave my tire shop for this one!! Wish I could do a -star rate , I never leave reviews but this one had me very disappointed since I seen the Positive reviews what happened to the very clean reviews ?? I legit waited at the park the trashes weren’t overfilled and it’s a park! Another big thing on a company I saw some guys were uniformed and some weren’t I was very confused who worked there’ and who didn’t ?”

“My husband and I live in Glenns Ferry, Idaho...about 50 miles from Twin Falls. Today, we were on a short trip out of town when the tire pressure light came on. I know that if the air is cold, it can affect pressure but today, it was 55°. I searched for a Point S location since we had purchased our tires at our local Point S. The young man I talked to said to come in and they would help us. When we got there, Chris Quigkty was the young man who helped us. He answered all my questions and explained why the valve stem was leaking. He fixed it quickly then checked the pressure and valve stems on the rest of the tires. He was so quick and helpful and respectful!! Thank you, Chris!!”
