“Honest and fair. I've never had a negative experience here and I've had probably a dozen cars worked on in their shop. The service is always fabulous and I appreciate the honesty and demeanor when we discover issues with cars that we didn't foresee. It's just a great business and Doug is a truly talented mechanic and just a great person. However don't go here because I don't want them to get discovered this is one secret I should keep to myself but they deserve the good recognition. :-)”

“Took my car in to get the air conditioning serviced and it took 3 days. Not a big issue, except no one told me it was going to take that long and I had to call and ask for an ETA, but they could never give me one. The bill ended up being $650 more than what I was quoted and I wasn't told it was increased until it was done and I was paying. Now the air conditioning only works when the car is moving and my right blinker has an electrical issue, which may not be related but who knows”
