“PLEASE READ this before ANY procedure. I had a terrible experience with this dentist office. They claim to know your insurance, tell you your covered, then after the procedure, tell you your dental coverage is not accepted by them. I checked with them 4 times to make sure my insurance was accepted. I was told yes, then no, then yes. So, I had my procedure and when I went back in, I was told they don't take my insurance. They proceeded to take my temporary crown off and refused to put on my permanent crown till I payed, out of pockey, what my insurance didn't cover (again they said was originally covered by my insurance). I was left in the dentist chair, until I could pay more than what the insurance was covering. DO NOT TRUST THIS OFFICE REGARDING YOUR INSURANCE.”
