“Banker's saved my family around $1500/yr on our insurance. Switched from Nationwide who I had been with for almost 20 yrs. Nationwide couldn't touch the rates Banker's was giving me and with better coverage. Down side, you don't get the customer service, like you would get from a big company. Because they are a broker who sells many different companies they are the middle man and don't always know what is going on. Example: when we first switched I kept getting letters from the company who actually carried the policy about cancellation due to non-payment. That was only a week after making the switch. I had paid, but because I paid Banker's directly they delayed the payment to the policy holder. Took a lot more work on my end to sort it all out, but did save a lot of money. I have never had to file a claim so I can't speak to what that experience is like.”
