“Paid for an estimate to replace some windows. The estimate didn't list any of the correct size windows. Contacted Chris to have him make the corrections and was told the new one would be emailed by the end of the next day. Finally 4 days from the promised date I received the new estimate at 8:50 PM. All the windows sizes were still listed wrong but now the estimate was $200 more. The next day which was the day the work was to begin I called Chris to see why the corrections were still not made and the price was higher. I also ask about the day he was to be there. He said it was my fault he wasn't coming that day because I had not told him I wanted him to. I explained I still didn't have an accurate estimate so I couldn't trust him to do the job correctly. He did get me an estimate that day that was correct. I would NOT use him. TOO MANY RED FLAGS!! Out $25 for nothing”
