Dr Alex not only saved a tooth when all other dentists had recommended an implant but he was caring, kind, and personable. As someone who has pretty bad anxiety and white coat syndrome, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the visit turned out to be great and they gained a new patient! I especially want to recognize and thank the dental hygienist, Catherine, who will now be my new hygienist for future all my future cleaning appointments. She took great care of me, and she truly did an excellent job. She was very thorough while cleaning my teeth and took the time to listen to my concerns. I have very sensitive teeth, so cleanings can be pretty uncomfortable for me, but she was incredibly patient and gentle the entire time. She kept checking in to make sure I was okay and adjusted when needed so it wouldn’t be painful, which made a huge difference for me! My visit confirmed to me that Cathrine genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in the work she does. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment and explained things as she went, which I really appreciated. As someone who’s worked in the dental field before, I know how much effort it takes to be both thorough and gentle, and she did both excellently. I also want to say Thank You as well to the rest of the staff for being so kind and welcoming. The dental assistant who took my x-rays did an amazing job, she takes better x-rays than I do! The clinic itself was also very clean, it is in a very great location, and I loved the view from the windows, which made the visit feel even more relaxing.
