“My water heater failed Saturday evening around 4 PM, and I called Water Heaters Only at approximately 6 PM. They had a technician out by Sunday at noon. Chris Z was the technician, and he did an amazing job. I received a text notification when he was dispatched and was able to track his arrival in real time. He also called to let me know he would arrive in about 20 minutes. Once on site, Chris inspected the water heater, provided a clear estimate, and patiently answered all of my questions. After I approved the pricing, he immediately got to work. The old water heater was removed and the new one installed within two hours. Chris was professional, efficient, and very respectful of my home and pets. I would 100% recommend Chris Z and Water Heaters Only.”

“Requested service for clogged toilet that I had been trying to clear w/ a plunger all day. Your technician Damien arrived within the timeframe promised. Upon arrival he asked a couple plumbing related questions and then asked to see the toilet in question. When he tried flushing it, the toilet flushed and completed its cycle. I'm guessing that all the plunging I had done had worked, although I assure you a half hour prior the toilet wasn't functioning correctly. A big shout out to Damien & his impeccable timing! My husband is wheelchair bound and I was very worried about getting through the night without access to a working toilet. Your technicians have always been kind and professional with us and Damien was no different. He was a calming voice when I was pretty rattled about my predicament. Lucas was prompt, arrived on time, and completed the job efficiently. The new setup is a significant upgrade over the previous system, and everything was done neatly and professionally. “12/5/25 - Handy Man Plumbing helped me identify a clog in my sewer line with a thorough inspection. They gave me a competitive quote for installing a house clean out and cleaning the sewer line. The installation was done quickly and avoided messing up the yard. Highly recommended. 12/16/25 - Update. I decided to have Handy Man Plumbing replace my very old sewer lines under my house. Their quote was the most competitive. They kept our place clean during their work, sealing off our rooms from dust and covering the floors. They were very thorough, replacing all old GI pipes and even some old ABS pipes. While the scope of work was for "horizontal" pipe replacement, they did their best to replace as many "vertical" pipes that they could without opening any drywall (shower drains, toilet flanges). They also helped me repair some bad water supply pipes the noticed while doing their work. They didn't try to upsell me on trying to replace all my water supply lines, and with these repairs, said it should be good for a while. In all of this, they did not charge any additional fees for the extra work they did (i.e. needing to dig under two foundation walls, doing extra repairs, or needing an extra day of work). Highly recommended.”

I really appreciate how he explains the problem in layman terms so that I fully understand the issue. This is a special shout out for the awesome work he did a few years ago, which is long over due.... I wanted to get a bidet installed and had a special request which was for it to be connected from the sink vanity so that I can have hot and cold functionality. Giovani listened to my idea and quoted me a reasonable price to do the work. I was very particular about being able to check if there might be a leak in the future since the connection was coming through a wall.. and also bidets are known to start leaking. Giovani came up with a brilliant idea of not sealing the cover plate which allowed me to check between the wall for any leaks. It's been more than 4 years since he installed this and there are no leaks. Just goes to show he knows his craft well. He also replaced toilets and fixed some leaks around the house.
