“My downstairs furnace stopped working last night. This morning I tried everything Google Gemini suggested from a DIY and realized gas valve was not working. Call Heating and Air Experts to schedule a repair. Sent them the model number and they provided a quote (a bit pricy on the part cost, but I guess that's how it works). The HVAC tech who came home was Abe. A very gentle and honest person and felt comfortable working with him. He knows what he is doing. He quickly swapped out the gas valve and then suggested to swap the controller board (both were 27 years old). He offered other types of repairs, which were a bit steep and I choose not to go forward. But he was amazing and quick in doing the work on a Sunday and get my system back up. He also helped negotiate a lower price on the controller and labor as well as maintenance service on both furnaces (he has to come back to do it). Very easy company to work with and Abe is great! Definitely recommend and suggest you ask for him, if you have any HVAC needs. Thanks Heating and Air Experts for fixing my furnace on a Sunday!!!”

For our experience with AIS Heating and Air Conditioning Company, I am extremely impressed with the technicians, Fausto and Abel. Before the installation, they communicated with us thoroughly, patiently listening to our needs and offering professional advice. They addressed the removal of an old Gas Furnace and replaced it with a new Heat pump system. They worked hard, climbing into the attic and crawling through tight spaces, and did an excellent job. Once the system was in place, they carefully explained to us how to operate it. They are very professional and knowledgeable about the Heat Pump system. I received a text to confirm my appointment, and their technician Christopher arrived right on schedule. Christopher explained each test as he was performing it, and offered tips to maximize the life and efficiency of my furnace. I highly recommend Sandium for your HVAC needs.”

“Our A/C was nearing the end of its life and we thought about replacing it (and the home furnace) with a heat pump. I had asked a friend who had his home HVAC upgraded for recommendation(s) and he recommended FUSE, so we contacted them for a quote. Jeff came to check out the project. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and patiently answered all our questions. He sent us three quotes and we decided to go with a Daikin heat pump system. Our installers, Andy and "Ace" were both friendly and professional. It took them two days to install the system. Our system is in the attic and they have done a really clean job with the installation. Frankly, the attic looks cleaner now than when they started! Our attic used to have a pull-string light and they replaced it with a proper electrical outlet with a switch. They didn't have to do that, but it is much nicer now. In addition they replaced an outdoor outlet with a proper GFCI outlet with a weather-proof cover. During the installation they did run into some snag with the thermostat, but they worked diligently to resolve it. During this whole process I also worked with their rebate and permit coordinator, Maria, and she was very efficient and prompt in replying to my emails. One thing I would like to see FUSE improve on is to unify their multiple CRM systems and provide a consistent number to call. Different emails had different reply-to addresses. It made some of the communication a bit confusing. In spite of that, they have been great to work with and I will definitely contact them for any future work (such as replacing the gas water heater.)”

“Jerry from TRIO heating, air, & plumbing responded to our request for help and came the very next day. We had two problems: 1) a clogged kitchen sink past the P trap from too much food down the garbage disposal, and 2) a trickier problem where a weird musty sewer smell was coming from our primary bathroom toilet. He solved both our problems, by quickly clearing out the kitchen sink, and replacing a really gross wax seal under the toilet. We are so happy with the results. As a bonus, Jerry also tested our water and fixed a pressure issue with the kitchen sink faucet. I would highly recommend working with Jerry and TRIO and I would hire them again.”

“Grade=A, Great company. I checked CHATGPT and Yelp for the best HVAC company with low cost and Made Simple Heating showed up. I did a request for quotes from top 3 vendors and Made Simple Heating tied for the lowest cost. Of the vendors, Made Simple Heating was most knowledgeable and most helpful, especially related to available rebates. My high opinion of Made Simple Heating was confirmed by a state sponsored third-party testing company for HVAC who said that Made Simple was one of their top 5 vendors. Made Simple is large enough to offer a wide range of services and small enough to offer personal services that larger vendors do not offer. Best of all, Made Simple helped me get a $7,500 rebate that the other vendors did not offer with the necessary help to meet the rebate filling anticipated deadline. They did all the extensive paperwork to submit the rebate paperwork, which is a great level of service. From the start, I was impressed with Made Simple Heating. I was able to talk to one of the co-owners regarding my unique needs. He sent a qualified sales person the next day whereby other vendors required 1+ week lead time. I had a unique need of wanting to use a particular Honeywell thermostat whereby other vendors wanted to use their preferred thermostat. They granted my request. Beyond my immediate HVAC needs, the sales rep recommended a great electrician for another job I had and recommended a great window AC for my Man Cave.”

“I was a little worried when no one showed up at the scheduled time for our first appointment, but then realized I never provided them my address. I met with Israel the next day, showed him what I wanted, and he explained there was room to add a third zone to our heating/cooling system. They were able to come and do the installation earlier than expected. Ruben was punctual and a great communicator and went the extra mile when I requested he wrap one final vent strictly for aesthetic purposes. Bubak came out a few days later to wire the units and to set up the thermostat. It all went smoothly and I am super happy with the price and process. Highly recommend.”

“Very satisfied with the work and service from AAA. I've been with them for the life of my HVAC system, over 10 years now, and have never had any issues. I utilize their maintenance program, which is great for those people who like to get out ahead of problems when possible. Robert C came out today for this. They called within the time window that was promised and showed up right on time. He was friendly, professional, and efficient without it feeling like a rush job. He found a part that was going bad and showed me where it was starting to swell and the voltage measurements it was outputting without prompting. He was able to replace the part right then. I find them to be easy to work with and transparent in their practices. It's easy to imagine that a less reputable company might take your maintenance payment and wait for you to claim it, hoping that you never will. But AAA has always called me on schedule to remind me that I have the service and to schedule an appointment with them. I've always been able to get an appointment within a week or two if not sooner. I don't think they look for ways to up charge you. There have been multiple times that everything has been fine and nothing more than the filter change was needed. On the rare occasion when more is recommended, they have facilitated getting that additional work scheduled right at the time. They really make things as low hassle as possible. Very much recommend them.”
