    5 stars for this amazing venue with a beautiful view, romantic settings and wonderful staff! I am Dina, an Event Planner from Dina's Deluxe Events and the Hollins House is on our list of the best venues! We booked this venue for our client's wedding reception and we loved planning and coordinating the event with Giselle, the venue coordinator. Giselle is proactive, professional and friendly! During the event setup we had all of the support of the team managed by Giselle. Bella, Giselle's assistant and the other staff were very friendly, energetic and hospitable too. Our Event went flawless thanks to the team! Dina's Deluxe Events recommends the Hollins House as a fabulous historical venue with beautiful trees, gardens, views and floor plans for your wedding or other celebration!

    This venue truly is a hidden gem. It was the first venue we visited and after 10+ other ones, we still couldn’t get it out of our head. We got married in August, when the greenery was full, so it meant the space was naturally beautiful and didn’t need as much florals or decor. Our guests all kept commenting on what a cozy, intimate, gorgeous space it was. The redwood grove ceremony was just stunning. We had 80 people total and it was the perfect size. Shout out to Kathy! She is a saint for responding to all my emails over the course of a year. From the get go, she was friendly, had a list of recommendations, and was transparent about any venue restrictions or needed rentals. The drawbacks: End time—it has an 8pm music cut off time due to a local noise ordinance. We ended up starting earlier in the day and reserved space at a bar in Santa Cruz for an after party, so it was fine but a logistical challenge. It meant our guests coming from San Jose had to drive during peak beach traffic time (it took some 2 and a half hours…) and we wanted to safely shuttle everyone to the after party so that was an extra cost. All outdoor space—we were so lucky our weather was 80 and sunny with a light breeze. It was perfect. But let me tell you, I was a mess for a year until I could finally see the forecast. The sun also beat down on some guests and the dance floor for about an hour during the reception, but again this was during August. Bathrooms—we originally estimated 100 guests and unfortunately there’s only one real bathroom for guests so we needed to rent a trailer which was an additional $1200. It was okay as I wiggled the budget around a little, but ouch. Would I have my wedding here again? Absolutely. Without a doubt. It was beautiful and unique. My recommendation is to be flexible with as much as you can and maybe book in fall when the sun is in a better position and you can add some lights for a cozy evening time.

    I hired Joshua and Apryll from Prestige Venue to throw a surprise 65th cocktail birthday party for my wife. The venue was the perfect size for our 75+ guests. Joshua and Apryll and their partners were very attentive and on point with accommodating our requests. We catered the food via Prestige and the guests were very please. They also assisted in the hiring of a bartender to serve guest. We hired a band for the event and everything went off without a hitch.     I recently had my wedding reception at the Palm Event Center on 11/14/2025 and it was amazing! Right after the initial tour in October 2024, we immediately knew that this was the venue that we wanted to have our wedding reception at. It is so beautiful! Please be aware, this venue books up so fast so if you're still thinking about it - book that tour ASAP and get started!! It's so worth it. From the very beginning, we've had only positive experiences with the Palm team. The entire team was so easy to communicate and work with and we never felt any type of stress from this part of our planning process. Email responses were always lightning quick. We were introduced to our coordinator, Heather, a few months prior to our wedding date and she was a joy to work with. Very thorough and easy to communicate with. On the day of the wedding, she and the Palm team executed our vision amazingly and constantly checked in with us to make sure our wedding reception was running smoothly. The venue setup was exactly what I communicated and envisioned, and Heather adjusted where needed to make things even better. The venue was stunning and we are so happy with how everything turned out. We've received so many compliments from our friends and family in the weeks after our wedding.     My husband and I got married here on 6/23/2024. We highly recommend this venue for your wedding or fine event. Renee, Mama T, and the entire La Grande Team are the best in the business! The entire booking and planning process from beginning to end was unmatched. We searched high and low for the perfect wedding venue and almost gave up and eloped before we found this place. This venue has everything you need! I love how the ceremony and reception areas are on the same property. The trees provide shade in all the right areas. The patio is spacious and feels so welcoming. Every part of this estate is beautiful and can be used for your special day. Our ceremony took place in the grotto area and we took couples photos on the lake side.     We reserved Hastings House for our wedding in early November 2024. It was a fantastic event thanks to Linda and her leadership, her marvelous garden, and the ambiance created by her husband Richard and his guitar. We got lucky with a gorgeous sunny day that brought out the best lighting for the garden ceremony and photos. Our family and friends were impressed with the whole experience. Linda helped us right from the start with a recommendation list that included Dave Medal Photography, La Costanera for the reception and Alena Jean for our florals. The few months of preparation and the day of events could not have gone any better and we cannot recommend Linda and her garden enough.

    Waterfall Lodge was everything we could’ve asked for and more in a venue. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, stunning - guests described it as a “fairytale”. The on-site team was ready to direct, shuttle guests, and answer any questions. Communication leading up to our wedding was way too easy. We loved that they had all the furniture rentals we needed on site. The yard games and fire pit were huge hits, too. Lodging for our guests the night of the wedding was also great. Our guests (some with very high standards and lots of travel experience) told us that they loved the venue, the accommodations, and the communication from Waterfall leading up to our wedding day about their cabin reservations.     Had the best event last Saturday at Saratoga Springs! A Cousin Reunion for 4 generations of 65 cousins in a gorgeous setting on a beautiful day!     Done 3 events there and they have been epic! A must for school events. Make your dance into a festival! Lots of space and staff is very cordial. Love playing here. Last event was over 3000 k people. So much space there you can have loads of parking and don’t have to worry about the neighbors complaining about the noise since the ranch is so vast! Also a good place for corporate events!

    Having our wedding at Casa Bella was the best decision we could have ever made. Not only is the venue absolutely stunning, it met all our non-negotiables (ceremony & reception in one area and close to airports/hotels) to make it as easy as possible for our guests. We worked with Leann and Yoselin and they are absolutely lovely throughout the entire process. The entire staff also did such an wonderful job making sure all our guests were well-fed - I didn't hear a single complaint the entire night. If you're looking for an inclusive venue, Casa Bella is a must. We went with their hors d'oeuvres, 3 course meal, open bar (I was overjoyed when they allowed bloody mary's as a signature drink and it was DELICIOUS) and late night snacks and everything was amazing. They also provided us with an outdoor ceremony tent to help us with the heat. Oh, and they have decorations you can rent at a cost or for FREE! We used Weddings with Athena as our coordinator, Celestial Petals as our florist, Ditto Dianto as our photographer, Benji Films (La Venus Studio) as our videographer, and DJ TN with Twin Spin Entertainment as our DJ/MC. All vendors were already familiar with the venue which made the entire planning a breeze. I hope to visit again as a guest as I will be recommending this venue to all future brides & grooms.
