“Went in with some unease about painful procedures for an impacted molar extraction. Dr.Massoomi had worked on my daughter's molar extraction a few years back; and her experience was very positive. While only a week after the procedure, am still amazed at the process. Dr.Massoomi and his team managed the whole process in a highly professional, congenial and most importantly completely painless process. Their pre- and post-operative instructions were very clear and were very flexible about accommodating my time and special requests. Dr.Massoomi has followed up with additional advice and details for follow up with my dentist to avoid potential future issues - time and input that I did not anticipate from such a busy practice. While one never fancies going to a Dr's office, if I have to consider a dental surgery, BASA and Dr.Massoomi will continue to be my choice.”

“My dentist (who I chose because they specialize in treating fearful patients), referred me to Dr. Lee. I needed my wisdom teeth pulled and just talking about it was scary. Let’s start with 1) The location is so easy to get to. Plenty of parking which matters to an already nervous person. 2) The front office staff are extremely kind and efficient. I had all the info I needed before my appointment so I barely had to fill out anything before my appointment. 3) They really know how to use technology to send reminders, confirm appointments, send videos, etc. It was easy!! 4) The consultation was thorough and Dr. Lee provided me with options when there were choices I could make. I felt confident about the procedure going in. 5) Prior to the day of, I received videos of the process, my rx was called into the pharmacy for me, and the office called me to confirm and remind me how the day of the appointment would be. 6) The day of the procedure was so smooth. Dr. Lee and her colleagues were gentle and kind and I’m still in shock how little pain/discomfort I’ve had (it’s been one week). Dr. Lee made sure I was completely pain free before, during, and for many hours after the procedure. The instructions allowed me to keep in front of the swelling and pain so that the experience was not bad at all. For me, that’s the highest level of praise I can give for dental work! :) I would recommend anyone needing oral surgery to see Dr. Lee and her team. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine dedication to helping their patients feel less afraid, have less pain, and heal quickly is amazing!”

“New patient review: Dental office was immaculate and front desk receptions are friendly and helpful. I saw Dr. Ta and her dental hygienist Le. Le was incredibly through, friendly and gentle with the Xrays and cleaning. I had sensitive teeth and Dr. Ta and Le alway made sure I felt comfortable and pain free. Dr. Ta is fantastic. I was very impressed with her through history taking and how much time she took to go over my exam and her recommendations. I never felt rushed, stressed or in pain during my whole visit. I also have a very tight work schedule and let the team know my time constraints and everyone was very accommodating. I felt seen, heard and well taken care of. 10/10 recommend. Only con is that parking can be a little challenging but there is a parking garage for overflow parking. Luckily I did not have to use it.”

“I was referred to SF Bay Oral Surgery & Dental Implants by Dr. Galang of G Dental Group for oral surgery. I was very nervous and overwhelmed with the upcoming surgery. However, going in to my first consult with Dr. Sy, I felt a great sense of relief as Dr. Sy patiently explained the pre-surgery, surgery, and post-surgery processes in detail so I will know what to expect. Janice, the office manager, has been very helpful with assisting me in navigating the insurance and paperwork. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Sy’s assistant - Ana, did a wonderful job of keeping me calm and getting me settled in for surgery. I remember hearing Ana’s soothing voice tell me everything will be fine as I underwent sedation. Then, in what seemed like an instant, I woke up to hearing Ana tell me that the surgery was done and everything went fine. I was amazed at how quickly Dr. Sy worked and how my recovery process is without complications. I am truly blessed to have such a skilled surgeon perform my surgery. “I cannot say enough about Dr Kim. Not only with his excellent knowledge of dental implants, bone grafting procedures, facial trauma, pathology, and removal of wisdom teeth. He really cares for his patients. I was scheduled for a bone grafting procedure and an implant. I was also having my 3rd hip surgery in a week from the time of the bone graft. Dr Kim cared enough for me to say we need to postpone the Bone graft at this time. Thank goodness for Dr Kim if it was not for him my hip surgery would have been cancelled and I would have had to waiting additional months in pain for them to reschedule. Once my Orthopedic Doctor gives me the OK, I will reschedule my bone grafting procedure with Dr Kim. Believe me I trust him with all my heart and health. Thank you Dr Kim”
