“Currently working on recovering from some muscle injuries, and Wen Wen is amazing at deep tissue massage! She has so much strength in her massage movements - I'm really impressed by her professionalism and knowledge. Wen Wen was great with her recommendations and I learned more about the treatments that are available. Looking forward to rebooking and taking the time to try out the sauna and steam room prior to treatments (I didn't get there early enough for my first visit). The locker room and changing area is neat and convenient, and there are a plethora of products so you don't have to bring anything if you want to shower and get ready after treatments. You can tell that the spa owner put a lot of time and money into the facilities and available products. Definitely one of the most comfortable massage beds and treatments I've ever experienced (compared to other high end spas like Montage, Bacara/Ritz Carlton, etc...) I was able to relax, hydrate, and enjoy some tasty crackers after my treatments. If you're looking for a spa that has nice facilities, give Supreme Beauty Life a try! A note that the building exterior (facade signage) currently says "Grand Orient Retreat Spa" instead of "Supreme Beauty Life." Part of a large plaza, so I didn't have any trouble parking. Will be back again soon as part of my recovery plan!”

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to for this and I waited about two weeks so I could see the real changes in my skin first. I struggled with acne from my teenage years to my mid 20s, which really bothered me. Once my acne finally calmed down, I decided to visit the medspa to work on my acne scars and skin texture. This was my first laser treatment, so I was honestly pretty nervous. Lyndsey was my nurse, and she was amazing. She’s very knowledgeable and explained everything about the procedure and how it works, which helped me feel a lot more comfortable. The facility was very clean and professional too. I had Nordlys resurfacing and IPL done. I won’t lie, it was a little painful, but totally worth it. Lyndsey made it much easier by checking in on me, giving me ice packs, and adjusting the settings during the treatment based on how I was feeling. Now that I’ve had time to see the results, I’m really happy with the improvement in my skin. I’m definitely going back (actually planning to schedule my next treatment right after this) and highly recommend Lyndsey. She never pushes unnecessary treatments and really takes time to talk through your skin concerns and choose the right options for you.”

In this very tight timeframe, they did a fantastic job dissolving my lips and redoing them and also reassuring me along the way given the close proximity to my wedding! I had Ana as my injector who is fabulous - i had zero bruising or swelling from the dissolving and got filled exactly two weeks later without any issues. Also Roxy at the front desk was phenomenal. They both made the process so seamless and smooth and also made me feel relaxed and comfortable - especially given my nerves and low pain tolerance.
