Zenith Pilates

Zenith Pilates is a full-service pilates studio in Quincy offering mat pilates, reformer pilates, Wunda Chair, Barre, Dance, and Aerial Yoga classes. They provide both group classes (capped at six participants for personalized attention) and private/duet sessions led by instructors who tailor workouts to individual goals and fitness levels.
