Yoga Family

Yoga Family is a community-focused yoga studio in San Jose's Almaden Valley neighborhood, founded and led by Jing Guan, an internationally certified yoga instructor and the first known woman to perform a headstand on Mount Everest's summit. The studio specializes in accessible, therapeutic yoga practices that honor each student's unique body, ability, and condition—adapting postures for all ages, fitness levels, and injuries rather than pursuing "perfect" form. Jing offers both group classes and private sessions, emphasizing breathwork, mindfulness, and the healing potential of yoga as movement medicine.
