Wayshower Sanctuary is El Sobrante's only yoga and wellness sanctuary, offering beginner-friendly yoga classes, sound healing, mindfulness, and holistic workshops in an EMF-shielded space designed for healing and self-discovery. Founded by Jason, who combines yoga, sound healing, and trauma release work, the studio features an experienced instructor team including Rebecca (modern heated Vinyasa) and Liz (free-flowing intuitive style, Spanish-language classes). They provide affordable community-centered classes, family programs, donation-based options, offsite retreats, and workshops focused on helping people reconnect with their body and nervous system.
