Veterinary Emergency Group

Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) is a 24/7 emergency veterinary hospital in Falls Church, VA, open every day including holidays. Led by Medical Director Dr. Sarah Jacobs, a UC Davis graduate with emergency medicine expertise, VEG provides comprehensive emergency and urgent care for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, exotic pets, and other animals. Services include emergency stabilization, surgery, endoscopy, diagnostics, x-rays, ultrasound, overnight hospitalization, and end-of-life care. VEG operates as a walk-in facility with no appointments needed, allows pet owners to stay with their animals throughout treatment, and also operates a blood bank for canine transfusions.
