He is incredibly kind, professional, and thorough every time he services our home. In the past, we had issues with other technicians not closing our gates properly, which unfortunately led to our dogs getting out. I never get upselled or pressured into anything I don’t need and they’re very responsive whenever I have a new issue. The technicians are always courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. In particular, Payton helped tremendously with some mice in our shed and garage. He worked with me to make sure whatever control measures we used were safe for my dog and kids and I appreciated his knowledge and expertise! I also appreciate that this company provides a military discount and even a neighborhood discount if they already serve customers in your area. Of particular note - and maybe the most important - they called me one day because their technician in my neighborhood hadn’t seen my elderly neighbor upon their last visit and wasn’t able to contact him. They were concerned for his welfare as he had been sick recently. He ended up being fine but I was very touched by their personal concern and follow up. This feels like a real local company with good community/family values.”
