Owner Monica Rutledge established the venue in 2018 with a vision to blend historic charm with contemporary elegance, featuring a climate-controlled event barn with chandeliers, a covered patio, river-view deck, fire pit, and multiple ceremony locations—all on one property. The venue specializes in weddings, private events, and corporate gatherings, with available add-ons including day-of coordination, DJ services, bartending, and entertainment.
