UT Veterinary Medical Center

UT Veterinary Medical Center is an academic veterinary hospital operated by the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine, serving as the only academic veterinary medical center in Tennessee. They provide comprehensive care across three specialty hospitals: the Charles and Julie Wharton Large Animal Hospital (equine and farm animal services), the John and Ann Tickle Small Animal Hospital (companion animals), and specialized services including emergency/critical care, surgery, cardiology, oncology, orthopedics, dermatology, neurology, ophthalmology, physical rehabilitation, and regenerative medicine. The center combines advanced diagnostic imaging (CT, MRI), on-site pharmacy, board-certified specialists, and teaching opportunities as part of a veterinary college.
