Union Yoga is a comprehensive wellness studio in Pacific Beach offering yoga classes, sound baths, personal training, sauna access, and an Ohm Gym. Founded with a commitment to inclusivity and trauma-sensitive teaching, every instructor is trauma-sensitive trained. Beyond regular classes, Union Yoga offers 200-hour yoga teacher training, corporate wellness programs, healthcare facility partnerships, and specialty retreats including a Japan yoga retreat.
