He went above and beyond both before, during and after the trial trying to get me justice and through his hard work we were able to secure a judgement. “This was the firm handling the sale of our house in VA, representing the buyer. The first closing in early June had to be delayed because they didn't get to the paperwork, even though it was sent early to them. Just didn't do it. So delayed to 10th or 17th, but then other delays kept it going so they got a break. For closing finally on AUGUST 29, they had 12 noon closing time, reportedly all funds had been received, but we didn't get our funds for the sale. Since we are now living out of state, time difference was a factor and we waited literally all day our time AND theirs and monies didn't arrive in our account. As of this writing, still not to be found. And not even the COURTESY of a phone call or even text/email to explain the delay. Now it's a holiday weekend so no hope of getting it until at least Tuesday, Sept 1, and in the meantime we have to once again pay storage with the moving company while awaiting what is owed to us. Very bad customer service, even if not our attorneys they control the funds and kept us in the dark. That contract is not enforceable because we haven't yet received what was owed to us, and not even any excuses from this firm. Do not use them if you want fair communication and work.”
