Torch Yoga

Torch Yoga is a hot yoga studio with two Virginia locations (Virginia Beach and Norfolk) offering transformative yoga classes designed to build strength, increase flexibility, and reduce chronic pain and stress. Led by instructors with over 25 years of collaborative experience, they offer multiple class styles including Fundamentals, Rockyurasana (dynamic flow with music), and Scorch and Burn (strength-focused with long holds).
