“A bat in the house is a stressful situation especially when you have kids though Jesse did a wonderful job helping us. He was at my house about 30 minutes after I messaged him! I found him to be super knowledgeable as he helped look for the bat and also identified potential areas of entry. Within two days the work was completed and along with a 3 year bat warranty.
