Tim The Girl Catering is a chef-driven catering company in San Antonio specializing in weddings, corporate events, and social celebrations since 2011. Founded by James Beard Fellow and Food Network's Chopped competitor Chef Tim McDiarmid, and now led alongside Le Cordon Bleu-trained Chef Adesuwa Elaiho, the company creates imaginative, ingredient-focused menus inspired by the bright flavors of the Italian Riviera. They also operate Ivy Hall event space and a hip cafe & bar, offering full-service catering with customizable menus, bar service, and professional event execution.
