“She’s awesome! We have only had one session but she easily understands what I’m trying to say and she listens well and gives good feedback. She asked the right questions and give me time to think through my thoughts out loud so I can give her a clear understanding of my situation. I hope I get to keep see her! ☺️”

“What I am seeing is the exact same thing I experienced... Great doctors I'm sure, but an unprofessional scamming administration. They will find any and every excuse to bill you. My work kept calling me in( which I have absolutely no control over) and I had to reschedule my appointment. I stressed out more trying to find a way to make the appointment so I wouldn't be charged there fees. I ended up more stressed out then when I started trying to rack my brain to juggle work and trying to make my appointment. I ended up giving up and told them lose my information. Now I'm getting spam emails and texts about payment methods...yeah right. You'll never get a dime from me. And I'm sure they'll reply to this about policy blah blah blah... News flash. Life happens. Work with people. Do better.”

“Thriveworks therapists are great people. Unfortunately they work for an unprofessional and quite honestly scammy organization. Their billing department Billed my insurance in full for 8 months of services but also billed my credit card for the full amount. I have been calling them for 5 months to address the issue with no progress. They acknowledge they have overcharged but since the billing department is in another country they cannot contact the people who can fix it and refuse to give me a contact number so I can reach out to the appropriate folks in the corporate office. Their lack of response is disrespectful and after looking at many websites it turns out that I am not the only one experiencing this issue. Stay away from Thriveworks and find a more professional organization.”

“Danielle has already warned my trust. She seems to be a genuinely caring person. She definitely has me thinking.”

“Bryan is an awesome marriage counselor . He is very patient and easy to talk to. We wanted someone who could speak to us from a Christian perspective, and he is able to do that with us at our request. We have seen a great improvement in our communication since we started counseling with him. It’s great how we are reminded before the day of and also 15 prior to our appointments.”
